The Far North Conservation Film Festival presents a diverse group of outstanding films about the conservation and sustainability of wildlife, wild places and cultures around the world. NEW! Join us in celebration of National Wildlife Refuge Week by attending this festival in on November 7, 8 and 9, 2008 at the following locations in Fairbanks, Alaska: November 7: University of Alaska Fairbanks Schaible Auditorium from 6-10pm
Kids activities include face painting, spin art, stained glass art, and an interactive Antarctica activity. The Arctic Research Consortium of the US will have extreme antarctic gear for kids to try on, and will host activities highlighting the geography and animals of the region. Admission is free!
